It's not just a cute name.
Each routine on our twerklists are categorized into with Sparkle, WURK, or Twerk.
The entire class is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout out and will maximize fun and fat burn!
Sparkle - Low to Mid - Level Intensity
This type of routine is going to bring the SASS and the confidence!
WURK - Mid to High Level Intensity
This type of routine will raise your heart rate and focuses on a majority of fitness moves such as: punches, kicks, squats, jumps tucks, jumping jacks and more.
Twerk - Mid to High Level Intensity
Don't let the name intimidate you. This is a mid to high level intensity routine that focuses on the core. It's also super fun. Don't worry about looking ridiculous - we can look ridiculous together.
Get ready to experience a dance fitness experience unlike anything else.
Don't let the word "dance" trip you up.
You don't have to be an experienced dancer! It's totally ok if you look goofy - we will look goofy together babe.
This class is composed of 60% dance choreography, and 40% fitness moves - punches, jumps, squats, kicks.
The playlist is always hot!
Current hits with a heavy hip hop/pop influence and some solid throwbacks.
We promise that you will earn your SWT and it will be love at first TWERK!
WHAT TO BRING:
Water
Full body workout for most fitness levels.
Swt Strength is a 45min, heart-pounding, fat-burning, muscle-building workout.
This classes' main characteristics are to focus on training movements rather than isolated muscles. In 45 minutes you will get strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility in a fun and high energy class.
You will increase lean body mass while losing body fat, improve muscle strength, power, and endurance.
Exercises are done with body weight, resistance bands,, dumb-bells, stability balls, and medicine balls.
All of the exercises can be modified to accommodate beginners or to challenge the most elite athletes.
